Everything you need to know before booking
Select the items you need, choose your rental dates, and check out directly on our gear page. You can rent instantly with a card or request a custom quote for larger productions. No account required.
We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead to guarantee availability, especially for high-demand items like cinema cameras and lighting kits. Same-day bookings are available if placed before 6 PM ET — a $35 rush fee applies. Last-minute bookings are accepted when inventory allows.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup. After that window, your security deposit may be forfeited.
All gear is priced at a daily rate. Your total is calculated by the number of rental days, which includes both the pickup and return dates. Multi-day and weekly rates are available on select items.
Deposits are situational and we are more than willing to work with you depending on your situation and needs. Depending on the size and scope of the rental, a deposit may be required. Don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
The optional damage waiver covers accidental damage up to the replacement value of the item per incident. It does not cover theft, intentional damage, or loss. It is enabled by default at checkout but can be removed.
Pickup and return happen at our Orlando studio, Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. We also offer on-location delivery based on distance: Local (0–15 mi) for $35, Metro (15–30 mi) for $55, and Extended (30–50 mi) for $85. Enter your zip code at checkout to see your delivery rate.
Each listing specifies exactly what is included — batteries, cables, cards, cases, and mounts are called out on the item detail page. What you see listed is what you receive.
Yes. All rentals require a one-time identity verification through Stripe Identity. The process takes about 60 seconds. If you create an account, verification is saved and you will not need to repeat it on future rentals.
If you opted into the damage waiver, accidental damage is covered up to the replacement value. Without the waiver, you are responsible for repair or replacement costs. Contact us immediately if an issue arises — we will work with you.
