Shop policies.

Order acceptance

All orders placed through the Seashell Studios shop are subject to acceptance by Seashell Studios LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in price or product description, or suspected fraud.

Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. Pricing may change without notice; the price at the time of order is the price honored.

Refunds

Goods are made on demand and are not eligible for refund except in the case of damage, defect, or fulfillment error. See Shipping & Returns for details.

Promotional codes

Promotional codes are subject to the terms specified at issuance, including expiration date, eligible items, and per-customer limits. Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Intellectual property

All artwork, logos, and product designs are the property of Seashell Studios LLC. Purchase of a product does not transfer rights to its design or branding.
