Shipping

Seashell Studios goods are produced and shipped on demand. Most orders leave our partner facility within 2 to 5 business days. Carrier delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days within the United States, though carriers may exceed this estimate. International shipping is not available at this time.

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Tracking information is sent automatically once the carrier picks up the order.

Returns

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, sizing changes, or color preference. Please use the size guide on each product page before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a fulfillment error, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@seashellstudios.net with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will reprint or refund at no cost.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping address. We can help you open a carrier claim, but we cannot replace stolen packages without one.
